We don’t want you to just be satisfied with your purchase…we want you to LOVE your Bajammies™ so much that you tell your friends about it.

That’s why we’ll do everything in our power to make sure that not only your shopping experience is top-notch, any questions that come up are answered so you can sit back and enjoy your Bajammie Awesomeness.

Sizes - How do I know what size I am?

When possible, please go by the measurements provided for each item.

Here’s how to measure yourself to ensure things fit nicely.

How long will it take to get my order?

So you may or may not be aware of the current postal delays that are happening…we promise to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once the products ship to you – we have no control on how long it will take to get to you.

On average, you can expect about a 25-30 day arrival, from the time you order until your purchases reaches your front door.

Some products have been arriving in as little as 10 days, others have taken up to 30.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

Yes! If you don’t love your product – email us at Joysquad@bajammies.com with all the details, so we can figure out the best way to accomodate your request.

1. Name, Address, Best Phone Number to reach you
2. What you ordered – Name of product(s), sizes(s)
3. When you recieved your order. (please see terms and conditions for more information)
From there, we’ll work with you directly to take care of your return.

Any special washing instructions?

Most of our items are made of the following materials.

Polyester, Cotton, Spandex

So caring for them is pretty straight forward on these materials.

Cold water is always perferred.
Hang dry or lay flat any items that contain spandex to lengthen their stretchy ability.
If you need to dry items – Low heat
BONUS – NO IRONING NEEDED

Can I really sleep in these?

We handpick each item for comfortability and sleep-ability and camera ready-ness.

There are a few that we probably wouldn’t sleep in, but there are many more that we would, and have to make sure they can stand the test.

The beauty of it is you don’t have to sleep in any of them, or you can sleep in all of them.
